School must demonstrate some key criteria of what makes school effective such as the school climate, how students are learning, parent's involvement, teachers' relationship and the quality of teaching and learning. The school must become a place that is a heaven for children, a place that helps to shape a society, a place where every child can achieve success. Eventually, good school has the belief that all children can learn.
