Perhaps the biggest problems that may be pointed out in such analysis could be the use of the existing technology and different machineries in the country that has been the major contributor towards the higher rate of greenhouse gas emission in the country. The country could control such emissions by allowing investors to import plants, machinery and other capital goods that consume lower energies and that have lesser drastic impact over the environment of the country. This strategy is superior in the sense that it will not only eradicate one of the major cause of the greenhouse gas emissions in the country, but will also strengthen the country technological and industrial base and the latest energy efficient technology that will be imported in the country will enable the country to decrease its cost, increase employment in the country, and above all control the greenhouse gases emission.
